Yanty Limited is a management and marketing services consultancy firm based in Putney, South West London. Its clients are small scale operators licensed in different jurisdictions to offer real money gambling products, mainly focused on sports betting.

Job Title: Betting Assistant

Working Hours:40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, 09:00 to 20:00 UTC

Job Description: 
•Handling and responding to customers placing sports bets through telephone calls.
•Process deposits to customer accounts.
•Handling responses to marketing campaigns and crediting bonuses to customer accounts.
•Drive telebetting revenues.
•Hedging and trading duties.
•Attend to all email / telephone queries.
•Meeting clients and assisting with business development duties.

Personal Specifications:
•Must – Speak Cantonese and English
•Should - Degree educated in Economics or other Mathematics related degree
•Should – Proficiency with Excel
•Should - Experience in the betting industry especially knowledge of Asian Handicap betting markets
•Could – Have a keen interest in Sports, especially Football
•Would Like – Speak Mandarin and fluent English
