We have an opening for a UK-based Arts & crafts company for the role of Sourcing assistant at a salary of £18k to £23k. The company is a retailer which solely relies on creativity and innovation and looking for people who can deal with online product management and ensure to maintain the quality standard of products.

Job requirements:

• Intense interest in product development, product management, product quality assurance, and internet sales.

• Digital commerce and product development are both areas of interest.

• Strong reading and writing abilities. 

• Mandarin and English are both fluent. You should be confident in both languages while chatting with individuals on the phone or in person, as well as in written communication.

• In the face of challenging work, have a positive attitude.

• It is advantageous to have strong Excel abilities.

• a desire to learn about our goods and how they function, as well as an interest in doing so

Job Responsibilities

• Assisting the business in maintaining strong quality control requirements. Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers, as well as manage Quality Control Reports, and act quickly to address any possible errors or quality issues. This includes establishing and implementing Quality Control procedures at the point of origin also, in the warehouse; and reporting any issues discovered in our foreign client warehouses to our suppliers.

• Assisting with product content and setting up products in our inventory system and e-commerce platform. Assist with the upkeep of the product library. Supporting communication with companies, quality inspectors, and test laboratories in the Far East.

• Assisting with merchandising and online content management. For these jobs, complete training will be given. Ensure that all of the company's items are listed on the Amazon site.
