We have an opening for a Chinese speaking customer support executive role in a Singapore based logistics and supply chain company offering a salary upto
£23k,. The role demands for business proficient level English and Mandarine speaker who are experienced in working with airline or freight forwarding.
Job Requirements:
Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese at business level (both written and spoken) (B1 level or above)
Have a working grasp of the B2B freight procedure.
Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level (Familiar with pivot table, vlookup)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and vocal), as well as the ability to maintain positive customer relationships.
Ability to prioritise a diverse workload while meeting tight constraints
Ability to make sound decisions and find answers to a variety of issues.
Adaptable, inquisitive, and open to change, with a strong commitment to personal and professional growth.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, in order to accommodate airline schedules.
Experience working for an airline or a freight forwarding firm is preferred.
Dealing with freight-related issues is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
Being the primary point of contact for our clients' inquiries.
At all times, responding to consumers in a friendly, sympathetic, and professional manner.
Quickly liaising with colleagues and suppliers to address any demands from our customers.
Recognizing and addressing consumer problems as soon as possible.
To be able to respond to inquiries in a timely manner, you must have a full understanding of our service.
Keeping track of the customer's daily requests (which may include, but are not limited to):
- Handling the booking list
- Cargo status updates
- Flight schedule updates
- Damage/lost cargo investigation
- Claims filing and any other post-sale related tasks
- Ensure that consumers are happy with the service and that strong relationships with our suppliers are established.
Processing orders, paperwork, applications, and requests in accordance with SF internal rules and local legislation.
Customer contacts, purchases, comments, and complaints are all recorded.
By offering market feedback, you can help the company enhance its service.
Assisting other charter flight team initiatives and providing decision-making help as needed.
Maintaining and increasing performance levels in order to maximize operational efficiency in accordance with account KPIs.
Keeping all data and records up to date, as well as adhering to the GDPR guidelines in a secure and professional way.
Keeping up to date with industry developments, processes, and job-related needs.
