Gatelands Supplies Ltd currently have the opportunity for a new Sales Assistant (Telesales) to join our team. The role will involve data / order entry also interact and provide good customer services to all our customers over the phone. Work position is office based in Leyton (East London). Working 5 days a week.

Candidate Profile

·       Fluent in speaking Mandarin, Cantonese and English

·       Professional telephone manner and communication skills

·       Customer Service Focus

·       PC and Keyboard skills and use of Word / Excel

·       Sales Approach

·       Excellent team player

·       Ability to work under pressure

·       Good time management

·       Attention to detail

·       Able to work in flexible hours

Main Duties

·       Maintain excellent customer services.

·       Dealing with telephone and internet orders

·       Record all orders and requests accurately from  customers

·       Orders entry on to system and process orders for collection or delivery

·       Generate sales through communicate effectively with customers

We Offer

·       5 days work per week

·       Permanent contract

·       28 days paid annual leave (Include Bank Holidays)

·       Starting salary £15,000 - £20,000
