We have an exciting opportunity for a Paper Operations Assistant role for an Oil & Energy company based in London. It is an operational position that will directly report to the Director Of operations and will be responsible for prompt data entry into the trading platform. This is a trading firm that has built commercial ties in many nations and areas and is among the world's largest oil dealers.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Exceptional IT abilities.
• Outstanding numeracy abilities.
• Embraces teamwork.
• Must be accustomed to working in a precise and meticulous manner, thus a strong eye for detail is a must.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to build productive business partnerships.
• May be needed to work overtime or assist other colleagues at peak times, hence should be able to flex in work.
• Mandarin language proficiency.

• Perform real-time periodic P&L reconciling to internal operations and vendors.
• For OTC deals, provide deal approvals to partners as soon as possible.
• Verify agreements with counterparts for OTC trading promptly and meticulously.
• Consistently and efficiently update vendor contacts.
• Build excellent connections with internal organizations and external partners in a proactive manner.
• Regular OTC and Derivatives data should be entered into the trade capture system as soon as possible.
• In a fast and effective manner, evaluate confirmations and brokerage details for OTC deals.
• Quickly and correctly authenticate and check new OTC and Derivatives deals in the database.
• Accountable for conforming to the Operational Procedures' time constraints.
• As needed, actively support the Executive Assistant and other teammates with work tasks.
