We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Secretary post in a London-based legal services firm. The firm, which has its headquarters in the City of London, is a prominent full-service international legal practice that advises businesses and people across the UK and around the world. The firm is currently looking for an individual with Chinese linguistic skills who have legal authorization to work in the UK without a visa.

Job Requirements:

•    Detail-oriented;
•    Eagerness to learn;
•    A good teammate;
•    Ability to work under duress;
•    Capable of handling a variety of tasks with shifting priorities;
•    The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
•    The ability to communicate in Chinese is essential (Reading and writing)
•    Has work authorization in the UK
 

Job Responsibilities:

•    Assisting law firm's administrative personnel with responsibilities such as:
            Opening a file;
            Preparing documents;
            Organizing documents;
            Organizing your diary;
            Administrative duties at the office
•    Fundamental legal activities which will be taught to you.
