Financial and Operations Assistant 财务助理

Responsibilities:

1  处理日常账务工作；

Responsible for daily bookkeeping and accounting work

2  负责供应商发票，员工工资等的支付，以及银行流水整理；

Responsible for payment of supplier invoices, employee salaries, etc., and sorting out bank statement

3  核对供应商发票，对接供应商沟通账单问题；

Check supplier invoices and communicate with suppliers on billing issues

4  负责提供报税材料，监控外包事务所税务申报情况；

Responsible for providing tax declaration materials and monitoring the tax declaration status of outsourcing firm

5 支持公司在组织和运营方面的工作；

Support of the management in organizational and operational matters

Job requirements:

1  本科及以上学历要求；

Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred

2  中文、英语熟练；

Fluent in Chinese and English is a must

3  会操作使用财务软件SAP优先考虑.

Proficiency with SAP preferred.
