Our client is currently recruiting Mandarin Speaking Customer Service Advisors based at a city in the middle between Birmingham and Manchester.  The candidates who relocate for work, will be provided a free accommodation for the first 3 months. 

As a customer service Representative you will be providing customer service via live chat, email and telephone. You must be able to work well in a team as well as using your own initiative. Training will be provided on in-house systems.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be computer literate and have good communication skills, have some experience in online/e-commerce business but this is not essential.

£25,000.00-£31,000.00 base salary per year plus bonus, with free company accommodation for the first 3 months if you need to relocate.
