We are one of the largest Korean super markets located in New Malden, currently looking for a full-time Accounts Assistant to join our finance team.
The Role and day to day duties
Supporting Accounts Payable Team and wider finance function
Posting of petty cash transactions
Daily cash counting and checking till closing including cash/ card transactions.
Producing sales analysis for branches
Processing staff expense claims
Reviewing and checking invoices and inputting in internal system
Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and responding to queries.
Processing purchase requests from other departments/branches
Ad hoc administrative tasks.
Requirements
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Good command of English
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
Good communications and time management skills
Teamwork and collaboration across departments
Korean or Chinese speaker preferable but not essential.
Flexible working approach may be required

Salary: £24,500.00-£26,000.00 per year
