looking for a housemate(s) who would occupy the reception room and double room. you can share it between 2 people (finding your room mate is your responsibility), or just use it by yourself. 
the room comes furnished with 1 beds, drawers, desks, internet etc, and for 'double room', it leads to a balcony. 

we are looking for someone who is clean (i mean CLEAN!! REALLY!), quiet, and with a reasonable personality (who understands the value of mutual benefit and manners) 

the house is located in South Kensington (SW7 5JX) and the nearest tube stations are South Kensington stn and Gloucester road stn. (4minute distance from the tube station to the house by walk). 

the house is located near shops and boutique and also Waitrose, Sainsbury and tesco. 

the reception room would be 290 pounds per week (if two people stay, it will be 310 pounds per week). the double room would be 300 pounds per week (for two people it would be 330 per week.) the rent includes all the bills, taxes and other sundry costs. 

You will pay every four weeks. Deposit is 3 weeks rent.
