很多朋友大概会对这个职位陌生。 Chef de rang并不是厨师的职位,而是侍者服务属性的工作,所以客服是这份工作的重心,确保客人得到最细致的服务,愉快的用餐。 Chef de rang协助Maitre D/Head Waiter工作,有涉及到小部分管理。高级餐厅按区域划分,chef de rang 1般负责1个固定的区域,固定的两桌客人。

Chef De Rang的日常

1.A lot of walking and standing

2.Serving guest and walking guest

3.Lifting of heavy trays(need go to the kitchen and carry the glass and trays)

4.Take orders

5.Communication between guest and kitchen

6.Tableside preparation

Character Traits

1. Must be organized person for taking orders

2. Understand each guest needs(they have so many Chinese guests so they require this role for mandarin speaker)

3. Need to communicate well with kitchen and chief as sometimes change the dish to suit guest needs

4. Interact with guest to provide the highest level of customer service

5. Great Personality
