Full time or part time clinic receptionist required preferably with medical reception background. Must be computer literate, a great team player and people person, confident to handle data base systems; proactive, reliable, punctuate and responsible; a great organiser and administrator. Qualifications in professional administration or reception will be a great advantage. Duties include taking bookings, using advanced internal data systems to organise the computerised bookings and taking payments; handling customer/patients inquiries by phone or in person, filing, and all other reception duties.

You will be working as part of a team alongside a large group of doctors and other members of the clinic team. Training will be provided. 40 hours, five days per week including Saturdays and Sundays, hours will be 10:30am-7:30pm with lunch break included. Salary £15k-£17k (pro rata if part time) per year depending on experience
