Chinese Speaking Product Engineer

August International Ltd based in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire with offices in UK, Germany, and China are currently recruiting a Chinese Speaking Product Engineer for 0ur Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire office:

Key Duties:

• New products development, testing and evaluating;

• Draft product documents/reports and user manuals in English;

• Provide customer technical support;

• Handle and process customer returns;

• Test and classify returned products;

• Perform basic repairs on faulty products;

• Help with other day-to-day business activities.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Electronic graduates with strong knowledge on electronic and digital circuits;

• Good knowledge on working principle of electronic and digital products;

• Familiar with MS Office suite and other computer software;

• Good level of both written and spoken English;

• Being able to communicate with suppliers in Chinese;

• Attention to detail and ability to work under own initiative.

• Excellent communication, organisation and time-management skills

• A proactive and can-do attitude
