Due to the rapid development of Avenue51 Ltd, we need to recruit a Data/Business/Financial Analyst. Applicant will need to be speaking Chinese.

Avenue 51 is looking for a Data/Business/Financial Analyst to join its expanding operations team. This is a key position in the analysis and design of business requirements and the successful candidate will be responsible for feeding the enormous need for data and its interpretation of the entire group. The analyst also provides insight support, participates in solving business problems, and may provide project management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Tracking business activity and providing clear, compelling management reporting on a regular basis.

Analyze and solve business problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context.

Programmatically identify and execute on business opportunities to improve the operation efficiency through data analysis.

Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations that will shape the future of the whole business.

Collaborating with multiple teams across multiple functional areas (IT, Operations, Sales, Finance, etc.) throughout UK, China and Canada.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

High level of academic achievement at degree level.

Excellent speaking and written skills in both Mandarin and English.

Superlative Excel Skills.

Expert in SQL/advanced data modelling.

Minimum one-year experience as an analytic role in large corporation.

Creative, proactive, team player.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Advanced Degree in Math/Computer Science/Finance/Economics.

Ecommerce/Retail/International Trade industry experience.

General manager/owner mentality, entrepreneurial drive.

Good knowledge of popular British products in China.
