Dose of Eco Ltd are currently working on massive expansion plans, to catch up the fast growing business recruiting Full/Part time and intern online sale advisor to enhance the current team.

Understanding the importance of customer service in today’s market, DOE pride themselves on delivering the highest standards of service and to do this, DOE need motivated, dedicated and hardworking staffs.

What will I be responsible for?

Joining the team as an Online Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for building up a friendly report with potential customers, understanding their requirements and guiding them through their 'friendly and transparent’ product buying process. Excellent written English and communicate skill are required for work close with your team together to create company PR martial and product description for the online platform. Pervious experience of working in journalism or marketing will be an advantage but not essential.

Who are they looking for?

When recruiting for Online Sales Advisors, DOE look for individuals who have a good grounding in providing the best in customer service coupled with the ambition and ability to learn and achieve. English and Mondrian speaking are essential.

You must possess an excellent telephone manner along with confidence and strong planning and organisational skills. Previous experience of working in a sales role would be an advantage but is not essential as full training and development will be provided.
