We are currently recruiting for a Full-time SEO SUPERVISOR required to join a digital commerce agency based in Shanghai.

Assignments 您的职责

• Assist Manager to manage the job performed by the SEO Executives

• Execution of some aspects of the SEO strategies

• keywords and rankings studies

• on-site content & technical optimizations

• acquisition of backlinks through paid and non-paid platforms

• Analysis of the client website performance through SEO KPIs (rankings and audience dimensions)

• Client management (daily emailing and face to face meeting)

Required profile 岗位要求

• Native Chinese speaker

• Working proficiency in English

• Previous SEO experience on the Chinese market (at least 1 year mandatory)

• Previous manager experience (management of minimum 1 person)

• Good knowledge of the Chinese internet

• Experience with western and Chinese SEO tools

• Experience with western and/or Chinese analytics tools

• Knowledge in digital marketing

• Experience with Microsoft Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint softwares or equivalent (desirable)

• Ability to work on different projects

• Keeping to deadlines

• Highly organized

• 中文母语

• 工作英语流利

• 至少一年中国市场SEO工作经验

• 团队管理经验（团队下属至少一人）

• 熟悉中国互联网

• 具有中国及国外SEO工具操作经验

• 具有中国或国外分析工具经验

• 熟悉数字媒体市场

• 熟练操作Microsoft Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint软件或相关软件

• 能够同时为不同的项目工作

• 按时完成工作

• 条理性强

Salary and benefits 薪酬待遇

• Position: full time

• Availability: within 1 month

• Bonus system: for Chinese New Year a bonus will be calculated based on the performance of the company

• The company pays pension insurance, maternity insurance, unemployment insurance, medical insurance, work related insurance, as well as housing fund

• Holidays: 14 paid holidays in addition to the Chinese official holidays.
