工作职能：

Responsibility:

1) 参与研发适合中国学生的课程（K13阶段），并统筹安排课程辅导以及教师行程

1) Developing curriculum fitting to Chinese students（stage K13 ），making an overall plan about lecture classes and teachers’ itinerary.

2) 负责联系中国办公室，协调各方面的资源，对接商业渠道

2) Contacting Chinese office, aligning resources of all sectors, and docking commercial channels.

3) 同时向英国办公室负责人与中国办公室负责人汇报，联系各英国知名私立中学进行师资招募储备

3) Reporting progress to the head both of the UK and China offices, and contacting renowned private schools in UK for  teachers’ recruitment.

4) 配合国内办公室开展的各项招生活动事宜

4) Cooperating with domestic office to implement all aspects of recruitment activities.

5) 在英国组织各项招生活动

5) Undertaking recruitment activities in UK independently.

要求：

Requirement:

1) 需要应聘者有流利的中英文读写能力（雅思总分不低于7分，口语不低于6.5分）

1) The successful candidate will be fluent in spoken mandarin and English with excellent writing skills in both English and simplified Chinese. (The candidates is expected to have a IELTS score of at least 7, spoken English 6.5 or equivalent).

2) 对于英国和中国的教育行业有一定的了解和工作经验

2) Extensive knowledge in British and Chinese education, rich working experience.

3) 热爱教育行业，了解英国文化；形象好，气质佳，懂英国社交礼仪

3) Be enthusiastic to education industry, be knowledgeable about British culture and etiquette. With good image and temperament.

4) 英国硕士研究生以上学历

4) British Master’s degree or above.

5) 执行力强，工作细心认真

5) Strong execution, meticulous working attitude.

6) 能适应英国生活，能接受中英两地出差任务

6) Willingness for Business trips between UK and China, be adaptable to living abroad.

7) 有留学教育行业工作经验者优先考虑

7) Applicants with working experience in overseas education is desirable.

8) QS世界排名前500学校或英国排名前40院校；国内毕业于985工程大学以上学校优先考虑；

8) Applicants from QS top 500,UK top 10,or China first-class universities should be a priority.

1)负责安排学生和老师上课课程规划

1) Curriculum arrangement for students and teachers.

2) 及时收集并处理学生反馈

2) Collecting and processing inquiries related to teaching and education.

3) 及时和国内家长进行联系

3) Contacting and communicating with parents at home promptly.

4) 将学生引流到VIP课程

4) Introducing VIP class to students.

5) 整理宣传资料并配合国内推广运营。

5) Collecting publicity materials,with a view to cooperating with domestic office for marketing and promotion.
