Sales Account Manager - Chinese Speaking
POSITION IN ORGANISATION
Reports To: General Manager
MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB
This role manages sales of the company’s FMCG products within a specified territory and ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planningand management customers. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short-term and long-term sales and profitability.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage customer accounts and develop sales of a wide range of products to existing and potential sales targets
· Make recommendations regarding appropriate marketing and promotional campaigns
· Regularly analyse sales figures maintaining effective business reports
· Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
· Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the sales team
· Other duties and responsibilities which the company will require to perform in line with the position
PERSON ATTRIBUTES
· Chinese speaking very advantageous
· Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word
· Able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision in a demanding working environment
· Able to communicate and negotiate effectively with customers
· Strong work ethic and integrity
· Excellent time management skills, highly organized, self-motivate and possess the willingness to learn, improve and adapt
· Knowledge of Asian foods and cultures in general would be an advantage
