POSITION IN ORGANISATION

Reports To:  Managing Director

MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB

This role will be expected to help our company to improve its market position and achieve financial growth. You will need to define long-term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•      Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business

•      Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion and use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately

•      Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships

•      Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.

•      Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.

•      Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.

•      Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators

•      Achieve growth of all areas of company business in a volume and profit focussed manner

•      Actively participate in a wide variety of company activities and to the high level of company standard

•      Deliver timely and budgeted strategies in line with given guideline

•      Be an ambassador for the Korea Foods brand at all times

•      Able to work on own initiative or with others on tasks with minimum supervision in a demanding working environment

•      Work in a positive and progressive manner with all external contacts in relation to Korea Foods growth and market deliverables

•      Bright, articulate and business Individual

•      Commercially astute

•      Results focussed

•      Experienced to manage reportees on macro and micro level

•      Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Powder Point
