招聘岗位

PV product Technical Support Engineer 光伏产品售后技术支持

岗位职责：

(1) 负责英国区域的产品技术支持，要求快速响应并能及时处理客户售后问题和需求，需要提供现场服务，到客户现场解决用户问题。

(2) 负责指导支持安装商对家庭光伏电站的安装，监控，后期运维等工作。

(3) 整理及翻译产品技术资料，收集汇总海外各类市场的产品及技术信息，搜集英国准入标准，特殊规范，反馈给总部进行整改。

(4)  客户培训：给安装商和最终用户进行产品和售后流程培训。

Job responsibility

(1)  Responsible for the products’ technical support in United Kingdom. Fast response & quick fix to customer’s request, travel for field service when it is required.

(2)  Instructing installer for installation of the product, monitoring, maintenance, etc.

(3)  Sorting & translating technical documents. Summarizing competitor’s product and service information, and feedback to HQ for improvement.

(4)  Customer training. Train retailer, installer, etc for the product & warranty procedure, etc.

岗位要求:

(1)   电力电子、电气工程及其自动化相关专业优先, 拥有电力行业的相关技术服务经验优先。

(2)   有电工证的优先。

(2) 精通英语听说读写，中文听说读写。拥有在英国长期合法工作许可。

(3) 具备熟练的电脑和办公软件操作能力。

(4) 积极主动，责任心强，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作意识，目标计划执行力强。

Requirement

(1)  Electronic, electrical related subjects graduate preferred. Electronic, electrical job related experience preferred.

(2)  Fluent in English. Good Chinese writing for internal communication purpose.

(3)  UK Permanent Residence.

(4)  Skilled in office Word, office Excel, and other office software may have.

(5)  Active, conscientious, strong responsibility feeling in working. Good communication ability & team working. Well in task planning & target hitting.
