We have an exciting opportunity for a Relationship Manager for a Real Estate firm in Elephant Central. Our client is the UK's leading and most established build-to-rent operator, with homes in London and Manchester under management. This vacancy had emerged in order to reinforce the Customer Hub within the Operations Team.
This is a critical position that ensures Mandarin-speaking residents have the best possible customer experience. The job will include collaborating with the Lettings, Neighbourhood, and Customer Center teams to ensure that all new and current residents receive assistance.
Requirements:
Experience delivering excellent customer service
Great team player.
Mandarin speaker
Comfortable having tough discussions and maintaining a positive relationship with residents.
Responsibilities: Represent the company to both new and current residents, providing a pleasant and stress-free experience. Be a competitor, willing to improve and invent ideas that raise the bar and set the next highest standard. Driving progress in achieving objectives. Ensures that all IT services and technologies are used effectively for the good of the residents.
