We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer role for a logistics company based in Heathrow. Our client is a dynamic maritime logistics firm headquartered in the United Kingdom. They have a great relationship with Customs and have unrivaled links with rail, sea, air, and road services. As a result of their expansion, they are now looking to hire a Chinese Speaking Customer Service Officer to assist the customer service department at Heathrow.
Required Skills:
Should be able to speak English and Mandarin/Taiwan.
Must have strong technical and administrative skills.
Collaborate with Excel & Word documents.
Should be able to work as a team.
Experience with Air Freight
When under pressure, work well and maintain a professional demeanor.
Outstanding customer service abilities.
Responsibilities: To collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure that high standards of customer service are maintained and provided to all customers for whom you are responsible at all times. Admin duties include paperwork and answering phone calls/emails from customers.
