Job Title: Account and Business Assistant Skill: Fluent Mandarin, University Degree or Professional qualification Salary: From GBP 16000 -20000 + bonus, salary subject to review on promotion to a higher position. Location: Manchester Status: Permanent Company profile: As one of the largest global fulfilment service provider. We are now expanding our head office account and administration function. We welcome enthusiastic and talented candidates in various fields including business development, account and auditing and logistic consulting to apply. Key Responsibilities: Assist the management team in account reporting and analysis; Audit account statements produced by subsidiaries; Analyse and code all invoices received; Preparation of bank and cash reconciliation; Preparation of quarter return and annual reports; Preparation of management account and project analysis; Work closely with colleagues to ensure efficient internal communication and compile reports for head office; Coordinate document management procedures, both paper and electronic copies; Other office duties as required. Key Skills Previous experience office management Academic background in management or accountancy would be beneficial Fun and enthusiastic, with the ability to exert a positive influence on the office Detail-oriented and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously Honest and hard-working Strong team player Good communication skills Attention to detail Accuracy Microsoft Skills Mandarin or Cantonese language skills would be beneficial Your background: A bachelor’s degree in any discipline Experience within a logistics environment ideally, but not essential If your application is successful, you will be contacted within 7 days.
