Full Time permanent positions 

Working hours: Monday-Friday 9:00-17:00 , Sunday 9:00-15:00 

We are an importer and distributor of fashion accessories based in Manchester Cheetham Hill area, and currently looking for a Sale Administrator to join our team to assist in our busy warehouse. 

Duties and responsibilities:

• Responding and processing telephone and online orders.

• Must have a good standard in written and spoken English.

• Answering to customer enquires through email and telephone in a timely manner.

• Processing all customer complaints to resolution. 

• Knowledge of Word and Excel is an advantage.

• Tracking and updating key accounts.

• Updating customers with new products through email and what’sapp.

• Taking payments and invoicing customers.

• Can work under pressure to strict deadlines.

• Liaising with couriers – resolving delivery issues in a timely manner.

• Preparing export, documentation including invoices packing lists, etc.

• General administration duties.

• To help out in the warehouse at busy times.
