WHO AM I?

I am a British born Chinese personal trainer working in the Greenwich area of London. I used to work in the city but decided to follow my passion in health and fitness. Hence, I started my own fitness business.

WHAT CAN I OFFER?

I can offer individual or group sessions in a private studio in Greenwich. Alternatively, I am open to other locations e.g. outdoor park, residential gyms.
I have been involved in competitive sports at a national level from a young age and know what it takes to push you beyond what you think are your limits and help you get where you want to be. I believe fitness is not a cost but an investment to your wellbeing. Hence, my goal is to provide life changing results.

I specialise in body transformations whether this is fat loss or building muscle mass. Every single one of my clients are unique to their own and therefore will be offered an initial consultation to collaboratively develop a personalised training program tailored to reach their specific goals, rather than the “one size fits all” approach.
