岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1.负责日常点心制作
Prepare daily Chinese dim sum items

2.按餐厅标准完成点心出品，确保口味及品质稳定
Follow restaurant standards to ensure consistent taste and quality

3.负责备料、收档及库存管理
Handle preparation, closing duties and basic stock management

4.协助控制原材料使用，减少浪费
Assist in ingredient usage control and minimize waste

5.保持工作区域整洁，遵守食品安全及卫生要求
Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety and hygiene regulations

6. 与厨房团队紧密配合，确保出餐顺畅
Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

7.完成上级安排的其他厨房工作
Complete other kitchen duties as assigned

职位要求 / Requirements

1.有点心制作相关工作经验（酒楼或餐厅经验优先）
Previous experience in dim sum preparation preferred

2. 熟悉常见中式点心制作流程
Familiar with standard dim sum techniques

3. 工作认真、可靠，有责任心
Reliable, hardworking and responsible

4. 具备良好的团队合作精神
Good teamwork skills

5. 可合法在英国工作，且可依法报税
Legal right to work in the UK and able to pay taxes legally

6. 能适应厨房工作节奏
Able to work in a kitchen environment
