伦敦西南韩国公司诚聘，

Warehouse Administrator: Full Time, £24,000.00 gross per annum

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining the booking in schedule from UK based      suppliers;

• Raising purchase orders/requisitions for requirements      related to the warehouse and facilities;

• Contacting external contractors in relation to purchase      requisitions;

• Maintaining the staff rotas, processing holiday      requests and processing agency staff requirements and timesheets;

• Support the Inventory team with processing Goods      Receiving paperwork inputting;

• Liaise with overflow depot for stock transfers;

• Investigating and processing items to be disposed of;

• Investigating items not delivered;

• Inputting temperature logs;

• Any other duties related to the warehouse as and when      they arise.

Person Specification

• The Warehouse Administrator will be required to have      strong computer literacy;

• At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative role;

• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment      and be highly organised;

• Able to think on their feet and solve problems when      required;

• Excellent communication skills, liaising with internal      departments and external contractors.
