Your role as a professional Waiter is integral to the restaurant team; you are responsible in ensuring that all guests are provided with exceptional service at all times. You are to have passion for your job role; this will show through your efficiency and attention to detail. Your passion will in turn merit successful teamwork and guest satisfaction. A keen eye for perfection is required for your role ­ you must ensure that your guests are well looked after at all times during their stay at Mr Lau’s and you are available to service them when needed without being intrusive. As a professional waiter you will have a good understanding of your guests needs, and the ability to work well with as a team player. 

What you need to apply for the job 
• A great personality and good self-presentation 
• Willingness to work day time, evening and weekend shifts 
• Have the right to work in the UK 
• Have true passion for food and drink as you will need to learn all our menus and dishes 
• Have the willingness and capability of going through intensive training to become the best waiter & team member you can be
