HR Manager – GinSen (Ginseng Ltd)
Location: London (Kensington & Chelsea Clinics)
Position: Full-Time HR Manager
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

About Us
GinSen is a well-established Traditional Chinese Medicine and wellness clinic group in London with over 20 years of experience. We are dedicated to helping people improve their health and wellbeing through acupuncture, herbal medicine, massage, fertility support, and holistic healthcare services.
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to support our growing team and help develop a positive, professional, and high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
1.Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, probation reviews, and offboarding.
2.Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
3.Support managers with employee relations, performance management, disciplinary, grievance, and absence matters.
4.Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with UK employment legislation.
5.Coordinate staff training, development programmes, and performance reviews.
6.Assist with workforce planning, succession planning, and talent retention strategies.
7.Monitor employee wellbeing and promote a positive working environment.
8.Ensure compliance with GDPR, employment law, health & safety, and CQC-related HR requirements.
9.Produce HR reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
10.Support payroll preparation and staff holiday, sickness, and attendance management.

Requirements
11.Minimum 2 years' experience in an HR Manager, HR Advisor, or Senior HR Officer role.
12.Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
13.Experience handling employee relations cases independently.
14.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
15. Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
16.Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
17.CIPD qualification (Level 3 or above) preferred.
18.Experience within healthcare, wellness, retail, hospitality, or service industries would be advantageous.
