**Job Title: Kitchen Staff**

**Location:** M25 Area

**Hours:**
- **Sunday to Thursday:** 2 PM - 11 PM
- **Saturday Night (Winter: September to April):** 6 PM - 12 AM
- **Total Hours:** 51 hours (Winter), 45 hours (Summer)
- **Fridays & Saturdays:** Closed

**Job Description:**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated kitchen staff to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for cooking and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Food Preparation
- Cooking
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchen hygiene
- Filling out food hygiene records

**Requirements:**
- Must provide valid I.D. and National Insurance number
- Willingness to perform all kitchen tasks as needed
- Proficiency in English preferred
- A passion for cooking and maintaining a clean kitchen environment
